This is a prompted Gratitude Journal that will guide you to deeper gratitude with seven weekly prompts.
At the end of each week of prompts, you will find two pages to free write, each featuring a quote focused on gratitude. If you choose to fill out your gratitude journal daily, this journal has gratitude prompts and free space to write for one year, a total of 52 weeks.
